Rates are quoted per apartment per night on double occupancy:

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Beach Package included – free entry to 10 lidos.

All rates include visitors‘ taxes and VAT.
Quoted rates are per apartment per night based on maximum two sharing.
For each additional person add € 25,00 (for children under 16 years € 15,00) per night.
Final cleaning (€ 35,00) is not included.

Pets: We charge € 10,00 per pet per week.

Check-In: 14:00 – 18:00
Check-Out: not later than 10:00

A heating fee must be paid during the colder months (1st October – 30th April):
€ 40,00 for stays up to 7 days
€ 60,00 for stays from 7 to 10 days
€ 80,00 for stays from 10 to 14 days

All quoted rates are calculated fixed prices and not negotiable.
