Rates are quoted per apartment per night on double occupancy:

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Beach Package included – free entry to 10 lidos.

All rates include visitors‘ taxes and VAT.
Quoted rates are per apartment per night based on maximum two sharing.
For each additional person add € 25,00 (for children under 16 years € 12,00) per night.
Final cleaning (€ 35,00) is not included.

Pets: We charge € 10,00 per pet per week.

Check-In: 14:00 – 18:00
Check-Out: not later than 10:00

A heating fee must be paid during the colder months (1st October – 30th April):
€ 40,00 for stays up to 7 days
€ 60,00 for stays from 7 to 10 days
€ 80,00 for stays from 10 to 14 days

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by green areas, just a few meters from the shore of Lake Woerthersee. The perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in and around Velden (golf, tennis, days at the beach, water sports, cycling and hiking tours, restaurant visits, cultural excursions).

You can conveniently park your vehicle in the in-house underground car park.

The center of Velden with the casino is about 700 meters away, the castle about 250 meters.

The free 'Woerthersee PLUS CARD' includes the Beach Package for all our guests – so our guests enjoy free entry to 10 lidos in the vicinity.
Additionally the guest card offers many bonus benefits in Velden and around Lake Woerthersee (discounts at various destinations as well as discounts in restaurants and shops).
